When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 15:00 (Mon–Fri) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed later are shipped the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you reach out quickly we’ll try to catch your order before it leaves the warehouse. We can’t promise, but we’ll always do our best.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Within NL, BE and DE shipping is €3,95. France and Spain €4,95. Other EU countries €9,95. Free shipping starts from €70 (NL/BE/DE) and €100 (rest of EU).

How long will delivery take?

Netherlands and Belgium are usually next-day after dispatch. Germany, France and Spain take around 2–4 business days. Other EU countries take 2–6 business days.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, but you’ll need to contact us first so we can check the best option for your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return your order.

Who pays for return shipping?

You cover the return shipping costs.

How do I get my refund?

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method. If you prefer, you can choose store credit instead.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Please contact us or select “exchange” in our return portal: Return Portal. If you’re in a hurry, it’s faster to place a new order while your return is being processed.

What materials do you use?

Most pieces are made from stainless steel with durable gold plating. If a product is made of something else, you’ll always find it listed on the product page.

Are your pieces waterproof?

Yes. You can shower, swim and sweat in them. To keep them looking their best, avoid harsh chemicals like perfume or cleaning products.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep your pieces in a safe spot, wipe them with a soft cloth when needed, and try not to let them rub against rough surfaces.

What sizing do you use?

We use US ring sizing.

I’m between sizes, what should I do?

If you’re between sizes, we always recommend going for the size up 😀

I ordered the wrong size, what now?

We offer free size exchanges when possible. If your size is not available, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit instead.
