Refund policy

We want you to love your Nouka pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something is not quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple while keeping things fair for everyone.

Return eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. EU law requires 14 days, but we have extended this period for you. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. For jewelry, this means the item, box, and any pouches must be in perfect condition. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to return

The easiest way to return is through our Returns Portal at nouka.shipping-portal.com/rp. You can also email klantenservice@nouka.nl, contact us through live chat, or arrange your own shipping. If you choose your own courier, an invoice is required. Please note that if the package is lost when using your own courier, you are responsible for the loss.

Costs

Return shipping is paid for by the customer. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges where applicable and store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. We aim to process returns within five business days of receiving them. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but we will keep you updated.

International returns

International returns follow the same process and conditions as EU returns.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return costs.
