Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands with care and efficiency, so you can start enjoying your Nouka pieces as soon as possible.

Processing time

Orders placed before 15:00 (Mon–Fri) are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will ship the next business day. During busy launch periods, processing may take 1–2 business days.

Delivery times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Usually delivered next business day after dispatch. Orders placed before 15:00 are almost always next-day delivery.

  • Germany, France & Spain: Typically 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: Typically 2–6 business days depending on the destination
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service. As a guide:

  • Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: €3,95

  • France & Spain: €4,95

  • Other EU countries: €9,95

Free shipping

  • Free shipping for orders from €50 in the Netherlands, Belgium

  • Free shipping for orders from €100 in other EU countries

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order ships. You can follow your order through the link provided.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For shipments outside the EU, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or fees by your local customs authority. These costs are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost parcels

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for delivery. However, if your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll assist with the investigation. In most cases, if the carrier confirms the loss, we will replace or refund your order as goodwill.

Incorrect address or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or because it was not collected from a pick-up point, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a solution. If you have not heard from us within a few days of the tracking showing the parcel as returned, please contact our customer service team. Any additional shipping costs for a new delivery will be charged to the customer.

Visible damage or missing items

Please check your package upon delivery for any visible damage or missing items. Any issues must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can resolve them promptly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
